No, We are only an online jewelry store. If you would like to return an item you must send it back in the mail.
As soon as your order leaves our location, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Click Track Your Order to get more shipping info.
UPS Tracking Terms:
Pre-Transit: This means your order is ready to be shipped and waiting for USPS to pick it up from our location.
Pick-up scan: This means it has left our location and is on its way to you now.
In transit: Your order is on the move.
Out for delivery: Your item is really close, as in ‘on its way to your shipping address.’
Item(s) may be returned via USPS, UPS, FedEx mail. The item(s) must be securely packed and sent back with purchase account information (packing slip). Please note we are NOT responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We highly suggest using delivery confirmation for any return packages. You must apply postage to the returned package.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return item(s) in their original and unworn condition within 30 days for a refund. (Shipping and handling fees are not refunded). Item(s) must be returned in their original condition including gift boxes and pouches.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of SeaSpray Jewelry receiving the return.
Your refund will be issued in the form of payment you originally submitted for the purchase.
Once a package has a "Delivered" status we are no longer responsible for the package. You will need to file a theft claim with the shipping carrier and file a local police report to acquire a refund from credit card or banking institution.
