Shipping Locations

SeaSpray Jewelry currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders using USPS Ground Advantage as our standard shipping method.

Customers may have the option to upgrade to a faster shipping service during checkout for an additional charge.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $3.75
  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders totaling $45.00 or more (before taxes and after discounts, if applicable)

Shipping rates and available delivery options will be displayed during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier operations. Most USPS Ground Advantage shipments arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SeaSpray Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors
  • Looking around your property for alternate delivery locations
  • Contacting your local USPS office for assistance

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. SeaSpray Jewelry is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

All orders are shipped from Florida, USA.
